Job description

Our Client is a leading Multinational Retailer with a worldwide presence. 

Responsibilities:

Direct and monitor national/international retail growth and expansion seeking new international business opportunities

Manage the P&L of the BU

Manage the following Departments: Franchising, Retail, Marketing and Operation

Maximize sales and expansion opportunities, and ensuring that standards are met as well delivering sales / profit targets

Ensure all retail principles, store layouts, the recruitment/training of team members and the overall brand proposition meet the brand standards

Accept responsibility for all market sales, key performance indicators, trade and marketing calendar that underpin the annual territory business plan

Set merchandising and pricing strategies in line with local marketplace

Ensure protection of the brand through compliance with the legal agreement and trading terms and conditions

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

At least 15 years of experience in the Mass Market, Retail, Lifestyle/Fashion market covering international roles are mandatory

Strong presentation and communication skills

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills

Fluent in English
