Head of Supplier Performance Assurance & Development - Manufacturing

Job description

Our Customer is a holding company of an Italian industrial group.

On their behalf, we are looking for a Head of Supplier Performance Assurance & Development reporting directly to the Group's Supply Chain Director.

Responsibilities:

Following the process from the time of assignment to the commissioning/delivery phase, on the various tasks entrusted to the contractors (engineering, supply, in/out production, delivery and assembly).

Management and cross-level monitoring of Expediting end-to-end activities focusing on materials throughout the turnkey and major supplies process.

Having the responsibility for about 10 organized resources in the 3 areas: Electrical, Mechanics, Furnishing. 

Requirements:

Graduation degree

At least 10 years' experience in complex companies operating for Commissions, EPCs, or Contract companies

Solid expertise in expediting end-to-end activities in national and international projects and logistics, Supply Chain management

Good knowledge of both written and spoken English

Computer skills: good knowledge of the Office package

Aptitude for team work, excellent relationship skills, excellent dialectics, motivation, outcome orientation, positive mental approach, programming and planning skills, analytical skills and financial sensitivity. 

Workplace: North-East area
