Senior Consultant – Head Hunting

Job description

The Role:  

The role  is instrumental to our business Your duties ensure that our industry knowledge is current, accurate and a step ahead of the market - and more importantly, so that our clients and candidates alike know that we are working tirelessly on their behalfPart investigative research, part consultancy and part analytical the role is varied and requires intelligence, an understanding of business, a good eye for detail and strong orientation to the results  

Main Responsibility and Activity:

Managing the end to end recruitment process from green field, sourcing strategy to global client management

Arranging and directly participating in business development activities

Briefing with clients to define the desired profile

Defining and drafting research projects

Managing the search process through direct search, company's database, job ads, etc.

Head hunting: utilize the different channels, internet and in the field, to identify the best professionals on the market

Writing and placing ads

Curricula screening

Telephone interviews and selection interviews, managed in English language as well

Managing clients relationships in all selection steps

Drafting progress reports, organizational charts, candidate

confidential reports and candidate short lists for clients

Supporting candidates in the negotiations with the client company until the final dealing

Recurrent follow-up with hired candidates

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Recruiter/Consultant in an international context

Expert in, at least, two of the following industries: Consumer & Retail , Healthcare, Lifestyle & Luxury

Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured,competency-based)

Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone-interviewing, reference check)

English – fluent (it is a must)

Italian Native or bilingual proficiency

Strong orientation to the results
