Francesca began her professional experience with Databank (market research) and UPA (the Italian Association of Advertisers). Since 1990 she has been working as an executive search professional for major international executive search groups, specializing in Sales, Marketing, Communication and Human Resources. Originally from Vicenza, she has established her career in Milan, achieving a successful track record in placing Top Managers both in prestigious international corporations and in large-medium sized privately owned Italian Groups.

Since 1985 Giancarlo has been working in the human resources and organization field.
He worked for 30 years in the human resources of the Ferrero Group, holding positions of increasing responsibility in Italy and abroad, to become Compensation, Benefits and Expatriate Director of the Group, a position he held for many years.
He has a thorough knowledge of all HR issues and proven expertise in developing policies, implementing processes and projects that, by 2016, makes available to client companies.
