Facility Manager

Job description

Our Client is a leading Multinational Company with presence all across Europe.

The Facility Manager will be responsible for the office facility activities of Malta.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the contractors at the site

- Ensure Cost optimization and analysis

- Define a comprehensive facility management program, specifically for ordinary, extraordinary activities and interventions related to maintenance operations

- Deliver and sustain the facility standards

- Ensure Quality control of the commissioned works and services

- Ensure standards for Safety and Regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in facility management

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Master’s Degree in engineering building or civil

- Knowledge of contract management and negotiation

- Technical leadership and problem-solving skills

- Dynamism and flexibility skills

- Team management skills

- Used to work in high-pressure and challenging environments
