Principal – Digital
Job description
Italian CRM leading international service provider is looking for a Principal being responsible for the business development of a new Digital Offering (Customer Strategy and Marketing – design and implement of effective customer experience) in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships while nurturing existing ones
- Manage Digital - CRM projects with proven leadership skills and expertise
- Build domestic marketing tools, in cooperation with the HQ in Europe
- Help clients to design their marketing approach in terms of processes and Customer Strategy: relationship strategy, customer marketing, digital and technological transformation, organization, operational best practices, change management
- Identify customer requirements and key buying factors
- Lead the project execution process by a regular reporting review and being a reference point for the client
Working Relationships
The Principal reports to the General Manager of the Digital Business Unit based in Europe.
Qualifications & professional background
Business school or engineer graduate
At least 7 year experience in consulting in Customer Experience CRM and Marketing project with a strong sales attitude
Deep knowledge of Marketing and CRM processes with proven expertise in design and redesign Customer Strategy and processes especially in Retail/E-Commerce sectors.
A strong customer presence and ability to deliver technology solutions to solve customer problems is critical
Italian native, English fluent, French would be a plus
