Sales Manager – AI Chatbot Solutions
Job description
Italian CRM leading international service provider is looking for a Sales Manager. Within the Group Commercial Department the aim of the position will be to develop in Italy the commercial strategy of the AI and Chatbot Offering in alignment with the fast growth in the international Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the existing client portfolio and get new clients within the Italian market
- Assist in developing the commercial strategy locally by being the market expert on customers (existing and new)
- Identify customer requirements and key buying factors
- Build key strategic relationships with all touch points of the business
- Identify the decision makers within prospect organisations in order to best meet their needs
- Implement and execute all AI and Chatbot offering sales actions
- Organize sales appointments and demonstrations
- Draft, negotiate and follow-up commercial contract proposition
- Collaborate with Group Sales Team when replying to tenders
- Lead technical and sales training activities by a regular reporting review and with the support of the Group Technology Department
Working Relationships
The Sales Manager reports to the Group Chief Commercial Officer
Qualifications & professional background
Business Studies or equivalent
At least 5 year experience in software, outsourcing or digital transformation consulting
Technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Chatbot, Artificial agents, Digital Automation, Digital Customer Engagement, Machine Learning, Cognitive Computing and CRM platform is preferred
Previous experience in sales and project management is a mandatory
Italian native, English fluent
French would be a plus
