Corporate Business Training Director - Luxury

Leading Luxury Company is looking for its Corporate Business Training Director

Mission

  • Responsible for the whole category product and High End Sales trainings planning 
  • Design and deployment ensuring the definition and implementation of sales training strategy to maximize store productivity and coordinating all central trainer team in the daily work. 

Accountabilities: 

  • Define the sales training strategy, design and overall planning for all product category  and High End products
  • Manage the network of external suppliers for training content and platform development.
  • Supervise the retro-planning managed by sales trainers supporting the organization of the activities in order to meet the deadlines and have proper deployment of the materials
  • Manage the sales training budget
  • Coordinate the development and follow up of action plans related to mystery shopping activities
  • Collect feedback from sales trainers/markets to identify the training needs and suggest improvements on  trainings tools
  • Coordinate with the team the delivery of the sales trainings to the local trainers and sales staff according to the budget assigned
  • Supervise the organization of the training events (train the trainer session and local trainings) to do in class or in store and deployed by the trainer or the external consultants (i.e. selling skills training)
  • Manage guideline and action plans of all local sale trainers
  • Coach and assist new hired trainers

 Qualifications/Professional Capabilities: 

  • Solid experience of sales training in program design, development and coaching
  • At least 8 years of project management with international exposure
  • Fluent in English; French and Italian would be an asset
  • Willing to travel
