For a leading private owned manufacturing Italian company of stainless steel components for bars, catering facilities and home kitchens We are searching for the Export Sales Director.
Mission
Develop turnover and marginality on the foreign markets where the company is aleady present, and especially on the new potential markets.Organize the sales structure.
Responsibilities/Activities
- Define business targets and policies for the export and designing the sales strategy in accordance with the owners
- Oversee the relations with the international clients
- Plan and manage the sales budget and the forecast
- Manage the sales activities in order to increase the business opportunities
- Manage the sales team of 3/4 resources
- Have a good knowledge of the market, analyse the trends and evaluate the competitors offer
- Research and develop new distribution channels
- Provide support to the sales force and participate directly to the most important sales negotiations
- Assist the purchases planning with appropriate evaluations and information
- Analyze the customers needs in order to provide a flexible and personalized support and define the best technical and commercial solutions
- Collaborate with the administrative/financial area to define forecasts and audits of the commercial revenues
Must have:
- Education: Degree or equivalent culture
- Fluent in English
- Background in B2B mechanical companies
- Background in structured and well organised companies
Direct report: Owner and part of the Board of Directors
Place of work: Veneto, Vicenza area. Available to frequent business trips
