Senior Brand Manager - Consumer

Job description

Our Client is a leading multinational food-products corporation.

On its behalf we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who will be responsible for driving the growth of the brands and ensuring all marketing aspects. 

Key Responsibilities:

Launch of a new brand in the Italian Market, working close with an International team

Develop a brand’s P&L, image and positioning compared to competitors     

Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies    

Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates     

Responsible for ADV (both ATL & BTL): agency brief, creative idea evaluation and test, implementation and results tracking

Oversee marketing activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy      

Work closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met       

Develop and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders      

Manage one junior brand manager

Report to an International Marketing Manager

Requirements:

University degree required      

At least 5 years of experience in marketing FMCG within International Structured companies

Familiar with product innovation     

Extremely familiar with brand KPIs and brand-building processes      

Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate       

Experience in international, multicultural and multifunctional environments       

Strong analytical skills and data

Driven thinking       

Dynamism, flexibility and entrepreneurial skills      

Fluent in English
