Job description
Our Client is a leading multinational food-products corporation.
On its behalf we are looking for a Marketing Manager OTC Italy who will report directly to the MD.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for P&L and marketing activities 360°
Responsible for marketing research, BTL and digital, project management, innovation strategies and results measuring
Develop the marketing strategy for the brand in line with company objectives
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
Overall responsibility for brand management
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing activities
Work collaboratively with the marketing teams in the development of marketing strategy and plans
Manage of a budget for communication and marketing activitie
Manage a team of 3 or 4 people
Requirements:
University degree required
At least 5 years of experiencein Marketing of OTC products, mainly connected with food integrators
Experience in international, multicultural and multifunctional environments
Leadership
Business acumen
Entrepreneurship
Strong relationship and influencing ability
Fluent in English
