Wholesale e-Commerce Expert - Retail

KIKO, the leading Multinational Retailer Company, is looking for the Wholesale e-Commerce Expert.

Mission:

As a key role in the company cross-functional context, within the e-Commerce department, the position will manage the marketplaces already opened and will take in charge the opening of new ones focusing on B2B models. 

Main activities:

• Manage wholesale projects and agreements in B2B (or B2C) model

• Coordination of new wholesale launches

• Coordination of marketing activities

• Orders and order cycle management

• Replenishment

• Work cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Logistic, QC

• Business review and opportunities (sales, traffic, marketing activity performance, etc…)

• Not mandatory, but still good to be able to manage:

SEO / SEM optimization

Knowledge of catalogue feed and catalogue management

Content creation copy writing skills

Professional backgrounfd and skills:

• At least 5 years experience in the e-commerce, with 2/3 years of specific experience in the marketplace/wholesale environment

• Customer journey

• Listing and VIP page enhancement

• Online Merchandising: on site search tools, product recommendation software, product videos, side by side product comparisons, enhanced visualization tools, reviews and ratings

• Onsite and offsite marketing

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in data analysis, performance trends etc

• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills

• Fluent in English
