Job description
Our customer is a multinational company, eruopean leader in financial services.
On its behalf we are looking for the HR Manager
Mission of the position:
- Provide expertise in all aspects of human resources: HR strategy, HR optimisation and HR lead enterprise transformation
- Contribute to the organisational target to reach peak performance
- Execute development programmes, people strategies and processes
- Managing complex cross-functional HR projects (es. Smartworking, Performance and Potential Evaluation & MBO etc.)
- Promote and ensure policies and processes that support the Company HR strategy and objectives
Responsibilities:
- Support change management on initiatives including talent reviews, performance management, learning & development, and overall process improvements.
- Manage all the initiatives to drive individual and team performance.
- Lead key projects to increase efficiency, productivity and cost saving
- Promote and ensure the respect of standardized HR processes and policies
- Deliver training and other development programs according to Company's priority
- Be involved in Project Management activities to ensure organizational efficiency
Education/skills:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree
- Fluent in English
- 8 years experience within HR, the experience should include 2+ years of HR Advisory or business partnering
- Able to develop strong relationships and influence and challenge a wide range of stakeholders within the organization
- Previous experience in a complex international environment
- Highly collaborative style. Willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams
- Ability to effectively work with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Sound judgment and discretion; able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Results driven approach, strategic thinking and hands-on mentality
- Proactive, data-driven, takes initiative, able to multi-task and prioritize without close supervision
- Strong project management skills
- Available to travel across Italy
