Poland | Commercial Director / General Manager - International Medical Equipment Group

Artemis Career Consulting is conducting an executive search in Poland for an international Group operating in the Medical Equipment sector.

The project is focused on the leadership and further development of an established local distribution business, combining strong commercial responsibility with a broader perspective on organization, people and business management.

We are interested in meeting both experienced General Managers / Country Managers and senior Commercial Directors with the potential and ambition to progressively take on broader business responsibilities.

The ideal profile brings a strong knowledge of the Polish market and significant experience in B2B distribution environments, with direct exposure to dealer networks, commercial teams and key customers.

Backgrounds in Medical Equipment and Medical Devices will be particularly relevant, together with experience in international or matrix organizations and the ability to effectively connect local market priorities with Group direction.

The role requires a pragmatic and hands-on leadership style, commercial acumen and the ability to combine business development with organizational and managerial responsibility.

The position is based in Poland and requires full professional fluency in Polish.
